Very nice but sucks battery in bg

Nice and cute little app with high fun factor. Unfortunately the app is drowning battery under iOS 8.1 on an iPhone 6 in the background and there are no possibilities to stop that such as background process management. 25% in 24h without even using it. Hope that will be fixed in near future.
I d also like to save patterns.
